DUNN COUNTY, WISCONSIN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2012, at 7:00 pm, at the New Haven Town Hall, Connorsville, Wisconsin. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are listed below:
AGENDA
1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of Minutes of the Meeting of May 2, 2012
4. Treasurer’s Report
5. Patrolman’s Report on the Roads
6. Old Business
a. Open and award bids for roadwork to be done on 50th St, 1430th Ave and 1290th Ave, including the TRIP project on 1290th Ave;
7. New Business
a. Make decision about whether to have Dunn County do bridge inspection for the Town or not;
b. Approve liquor licenses, picnic license and operators’ licenses;
c. Discuss and make decision about making a donation for fireworks per the request of Jayme Beyrer;
d. Report and recommendations from the Plan Commission;
e. Review and make decision on non-metallic mining ordinance presented by Plan Commission;
f. Review and make decision about adopting the mapping for the Town that is currently in place and designating the existing category of “Farmland” as an “A3 Agricultural District”;
8. Public Input
9. Approve bills for payment
10. Set date of the next Town Board meeting in July as the first Wednesday is July 4th.
