NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
In accordance with the provisions of Section 19.84, Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that a public meeting of the New Haven Town Board will be held on Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at 7:00 pm, at the New Haven Town Hall, Connorsville, Wisconsin. Items of business to be discussed or acted upon at this meeting are listed below:

4. Approval of Minutes of the Town Board Meeting held on April 16, 2013
5. Treasurer’s Report
6. Patrolman’s Report on the Roads
7. Old Business
a. Tim Emholtz, Glenwood City School District Superintendent, to update the board and townspeople on upcoming capital projects in that school district;
8. New Business
a. Discuss and make decision about annual cleaning of the wood floor in the town hall;
b. Discuss and make decision about renting portables for ball field for the summer;
c. Approve applications to be published in the newspaper for liquor licenses for Kistner’s Korner and Gloria’s Green Gables;
d. Discuss and decide what to do with the standing water in the town hall basement;
e. Discuss and review amounts spent on highway maintenance and summer road work projects over last several years;
f. Discuss and decide whether to hire Dunn County Highway to do the ratings for the town roads and/or bridge inspections;
g. Discuss and make decision about summer road work projects and other road work that needs to be done;
h. Discuss whether to change hours of board meetings during summer months;

10. Approve bills for payment
11. Date of the next Town Board meeting is Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 7:00 pm.
